The rooms are available in a recently finished building, so everything is new and modern. It looks out onto a very big park. You can enjoy the view from a swimming pool and sundeck on the roof which can also be used for parties. At times I'll be hosting people, usually in the weekends, so an ideal roomie for me would be someone who doesn't mind having guests over. They would have their own room and bathroom so you should not be inconvenienced in any way. ================ LOCATION ================ The location is simply perfect. It's very central but not directly next to the busy road (av. Tulum) so it's very tranquil. There are many small shops nearby including OXXO, and for more shopping or entertainment you can walk to Plaza las Americas which takes only a few minutes. ================ DESCRIPTION ================ The apartment will be furnished with high-quality furniture. There is an open kitchen with bar stools, a dining area, a lounge area with a large flat screen TV, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a small balcony, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a small extra room which might be used for hosting people from time to time. You do not need to buy any common furniture or appliances since these are already present: oven, microwave, water heater, blender, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, etc... The bedrooms are fully furnished as well: bed, night stand, built-in closet, dresser, curtains with black-out. ================ PRICE ================ As you can see in the floor plan, the blue room has a view over the park so the price is 4,500 pesos. The view from the green room is also nice because there are some plants, but it's not a park of course. The price for the green one is 4,000 pesos per month (but is already occupied by my roomie Gaby). We have a cleaning lady over once or twice a week which would cost +/- 300 pesos per month each for one day in the week. That way, not only the kitchen stays clean but all the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned. Other than that, I'll pay for utilities such as water and gas. The only other thing I can think of that isn't included in the rent is electricity (300 to 800 pesos) and internet/phone/cable (200 pesos).
